Please vacate your room on the day of departure by 11 a.m. at the latest. If possible, you can stay longer in the room for a surcharge.

The next train station is in Asselheim (300 m) or Grünstadt (3 km), the next ICE train station is in Mannheim (35 km).

Our bistro bar is open for you from Monday to Saturday from 6 p.m. Here you can enjoy Palatinate wines, a chilled beer, snacks and much more until midnight.

FIRE ALARM SYSTEM
You will be billed for triggering a fire alarm through your own fault, depending on the cost of use. Note: Please do not take a hot shower with the door open for too long. The steam can trigger the detector!

Please note that cocktails and long drinks are excluded from this service.

HOTEL BILL
You can pay your bill on the evening before your departure (by 9.30 p.m.) or directly on the day of departure from 7 a.m. You have the option of paying your bill in cash or with an EC card, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners Club.

DOGS
Dogs are allowed with advance notice in selected guest rooms for a fee of € 8/dog/night and in the restaurant.

INTERNET
In all areas you have the possibility to dial into the W-Lan with your notebook or smartphone without a code.

The sliding glass door to the reception and the glass door to the summer terrace/spa can also be opened with your room card. So if it gets later at night, you can come to the hotel at any time!

The door to the bar is closed at night for security reasons.

OPENING HOURS
Restaurant: Mon.-Sat. 6-10 p.m
BistroBar: Mon.-Sat. 6-00 p.m
Palavita Spa: Mon.-Fri. 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. Due to the extremely high energy costs, we only heat up the saunas on Saturday and Sunday between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. on request. Let us know when you would like to go to the spa and we will prepare everything for you.

PALAVITA SPA
Our small, fine spa has a Finnish sauna with 90 degrees, a bio sauna with 60 degrees, a steam bath with 45 degrees, adventure shower, foot basin and relaxation areas. Water, tea and apples are available there for you free of charge. Towels and sauna towels can also be found in the spa.
You will find bathrobes in your room. Slippers are available from reception if required.

POST
You will find the post office in Grünstadt in the “Globus” and “Kaufland” shopping centers. You can also get stamps and postcards at reception, which is also where you can post your mail.

PARK
There are 110 parking spaces available on three gravel parking lots in the direct vicinity of the hotel. We charge a small fee of € 2 per night. Garages are available for € 8 per night.

SMOKING
We are a non-smoking hotel.
You are welcome to enjoy your cigarette in front of the main entrance at the wine bar or in the Mediterranean garden.
We charge € 80 for additional room cleaning due to the smell of smoke.
Please note that if you are responsible for triggering a fire alarm, you will be billed for it depending on the cost of use.

RECEPTION
Is usually staffed from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., on Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. You can reach the reception team by telephone on 06359 80030

CLAIM
Our wish is to make your stay an experience and that you feel comfortable in our house. If something does not meet your requirements, please contact the reception or the staff in the respective department directly. It is only thanks to your information that we are able to react as quickly as possible.

RESTAURANT
Our restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Please reserve your table in advance, as we cannot guarantee that a table will be available if you want to come spontaneously.

REPAIR
If your room needs repairs, please report the damage to us or fill out the "Repairs form" in the cloakroom. We will fix it immediately.

There are two more petrol stations in Bockenheim and near Monsheim.

Can be used in all areas at no extra charge via "Pfalzhotel Asselheim". You do not need an access code to dial into the W-Lan.

VALUABLES
No liability is assumed for valuables that are not deposited. There is a room safe in your room. You are also welcome to leave valuables at reception.

ROOM CARD
Your room card works on your room door, on the sliding glass door at reception and on the outer glass door on the spa terrace. So you come back to the hotel at night.

Please give your room card to the reception when you check out. If you lose it, we will charge you € 5.

ROOM CLEANING
The room cleaning takes place after every 3rd night. If you want additional room cleaning, we charge € 7.50 per cleaning. Please register the desired cleaning the evening before. If something is missing or needs to be cleaned, please let us know at short notice.
Rooms occupied by 3 or more people or a dog are vacuumed daily and the trash can is emptied.

CIGARETTES
You will find a vending machine in the hallway between the restaurant and the wine bar.
